Meditation isn’t easy, but neither is suffering.

Generally, our blogs are meant to be fun, informative and helpful – otherwise, what’s the point?!

But once a week we make a direct appeal to help the people you love and care about live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

That’s the whole point of Raja Yoga: to reduce human suffering.

How? Students learn a series of self-awareness, control and relaxation exercises.

Who benefits most? People struggling from stress, anxiety and/or depression often manifest in some form of additive behavior, and people suffering from a lack of self-confidence or worth, or purpose.

Meditation isn’t a cure, but it helps.
