Each class at the Marblehead School of Raja Yoga combines the 3,000 year old practice of Raja Yoga and elements of Qi Qong, the ancient system of life energy (or, chi) cultivation. Physical warm-ups will get your energy flowing and prepare your body for a guided meditation session that will leave you feeling calm and energized.
